Hit my largest pushup PR in 25 years. In high school, I maxed at 35. Today I hit 38. I don't know if I'll ever hit my goal of 100, but 50 feels like it's in range.

Boxing has been a blast, but that plus upper body workouts has left my arms absolutely hosed some days. I've tried salt baths and stretching, but I can't seem to share the soreness and tightness. I assume the only solution is more rest days and/or yoga?

The @atomicform KPI: "Time to Emotion" When we show artists how we can preserve key milestones in Atomic Lore, many of them have a visible, emotional reaction. There is something powerful about seeing these moments put onto Arweave+IPFS, knowing that they can't be lost/ignored.

Not everyone is fit to be a founder. Some are delusional. They think it’s an easy money lotto ticket. Some are pretenders. They go through the motions to LARP as a business. The real deals know it’s hard and are resourceful and gritty as fuck working hard over the long haul.

Only a data point of 1, but... Tried one of those red light therapy devices this morning and wow did it seem to wake me up. Going to try for a week to see if it was just placebo/fluke. Curious if any of my followers have tried and found it helpful or useless.
