I'm looking to add one strength training day (ideally body weight/bands) and one stretching day/week to complement my existing running program (was doing yoga for runners 1/week but it's not enough). Any good resources out there? Ideally focused on injury prevention...

I think lifting lighter may be the way! Squats. Split squats. And step ups? 🤷‍♂️

I mostly do body weight. But I definitely think there is merit in using weights for running. Not crazy…just more than body weight .
