Would like to please ask if anybody has good solution for the occasional knee pain? I've got as far as tiger balm 🤣🤣🤣

It depends of your pain. What I can suggest you is that as soon as you are healed, you should start working to strengthen your hamstrings. A strong hamstring helps you to not have knee pains. I had knee problems because of jiu jitsu, since I focused on my hamstrings I’ve never had any other issues
