Depends on how well your body absorbs it, but you won’t notice any bloating on a 3-5mg cycle

3-5mg / day you probably wont notice bloating. Drink more water with it so you might see the scale tick up. I’ve taken it on and off for years. The only side effect I ever had was reduced muscle soreness / faster recovery.

the only "bloating" that happens is an increase in muscle volume - anyone who complains about bloating from an aesthetic perspective has too much body fat (solved by lifting consistently with a slight caloric defecit and eating sufficient protein)
