in the meantime, i began to wonder why not. i asked google, he didn’t know. is this just some kind of rule or also personal taste?

what that philadelphia was made of..
i forgot an open pack several times on a shelf, after a week at most there was already mold on it, and it was far from noble

From my limited knowledge of culinary arts, fish and cheese just don’t go together. 
And I personally avoid Philadelphia cream cheese ever since I had in the fridge for several months, and it looked like new….and that’s not normal for food 🤷‍♀️
