I’ve noticed with younger gen z they either avoid confrontation, or are way too aggressive and make things black and white. It’s up to us to provide guidance and help them correct course. Why do you think Gen z has this problem?

It depends on how I’m being confronted I’m an easy going person so I try my best to avoid it
