i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far → comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) → dark room/eye mask + ear plugs → magnesium before bed → no phone 1 hour before sleeping → electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?

Please pillows are important and a hot bath before bed

@keccers.eth sent me an article which suggests hot bath isnt the best before bed 😲 but yes to good pillows!
