Very simple signup & scheduling process. First lab visit 5 mins away scheduled within 72 hours. Should have results with 100+ biomarkers by mid-late July. Pretty awesome, s/o Mark Hyman & Function team, @pmarca @a16z and everyone else involved🙏🏼

Decent sleep + great day of training this morning 5x (E4MOM) 8 Back Squats 5 ATG Split Squat per leg + 4x (E2MOM) 10 Deadlifts 10 Trap Bar Deadlifts + 15 mins jump training working on single leg explosiveness, landing, etc

I asked it to use research & existing programs from Attia, Huberman, Galpin, kneesovertoesguy, Marcus Filly, and Max Schmarzo. After some fine tuning it actually put together a pretty solid plan. I’m going to follow it for the foreseeable future and post results, updates, etc here
