I asked 4o to write me a training plan based on my current goals to: -increase VO2 max -build lean muscle -gain strength -reduce fat -improve athleticism -optimize for longevity & general healthspan Has anyone else tried this?

I asked it to use research & existing programs from Attia, Huberman, Galpin, kneesovertoesguy, Marcus Filly, and Max Schmarzo. After some fine tuning it actually put together a pretty solid plan. I’m going to follow it for the foreseeable future and post results, updates, etc here
