The best strategy for boosting endorphins is engaging in exciting physical activities. Developing a second hobby that involves movement, like running or jogging, is a great start. Badminton or table tennis are also fun options! I play table tennis 2-3 hours daily and do a 5km run once a week. Itβs been a huge help in keeping me energized and motivated.

Try out ballroom dancing... You'll overthink it as well at some point. But find a great group of people (who will keep you going when you start overthinking) and you'll challenge your mind, your body, and build great relationships while you are growing a new skill. And there are so many parallels to life and relationships π. If you try it, let me know how it goes!
