The best strategy for boosting endorphins is engaging in exciting physical activities. Developing a second hobby that involves movement, like running or jogging, is a great start. Badminton or table tennis are also fun options! I play table tennis 2-3 hours daily and do a 5km run once a week. It’s been a huge help in keeping me energized and motivated.

i like table tennis and we’ve got a table down in our rec area of the building too. now to find someone to play with 🙇♀️ appreciate the advice agni 🫶
