alright i think i’m ready to get over my fear of dogs and cats. enough with the jump scare moments where my heart skips a beat and instant panic sets in, at the sight of an animal for 25+ years. i don’t have any friends in calgary who have pets though, but it’s nice to at least want to do this???

I know what you are talking. Twins are same. They still want to be carried on site of them and now at this stage I cant. and Here in this country every third person is with dog. and not just one.. multiple. not sure how many times we cross the road seeing dog coming.

didn't know you had that fear. can't say ik what's it like, but it feels great to connect w a being who doesn't speak your language. they just want to be seen and heard and loved, no ulterior motives.
