Day 3 of 12 Days of Christmas - 10 Thrusters @ 75lbs (Rx was 95lbs), 15 bar facing burpees, 20 Thrusters, 25 bar facing burpees, 30 Thrusters, 35 bar facing burpees. Slow - 18m 58s. Tough movement for me. This is me unable to stand afterwards π€£
