Day 3 of 12 Days of Christmas - 10 Thrusters @ 75lbs (Rx was 95lbs), 15 bar facing burpees, 20 Thrusters, 25 bar facing burpees, 30 Thrusters, 35 bar facing burpees. Slow - 18m 58s. Tough movement for me. This is me unable to stand afterwards ๐Ÿคฃ

Tough to get back into it, but sounds like the makings of a New Yearโ€™s resolution! I just turn up to the early class, half asleep and get told what to do. Works well for me as left to my own devices I will not work like that and any later in the day and life gets in the way
