I love working in crypto - my life's work is devoted to this industry. But in the long haul, nothing gets me more excited than the science of longevity. The fact that we're taking a stab at extending human lifetimes is incredible. In the end, it's all about time.

Yes, the playbooks are being written. The world is being rearchitected. Supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, homes, cities - everything will evolve to support longevity protocols. Only a matter of time until longevity-interested people are over-represented in every democracy and run the world.

It's crazy to think that in 2000, the average life expectancy was 66. It's since increased to 74 in the past 20 years. Effectively giving us all nearly 3000 more days on earth.

We would all live much longer if we didn't eat GMO or synthetic foods or grown with chemical fertilizers. No meat with hormones/antibiotics/vaccines...Plant a garden, get chickens, buy from farmers/ranchers who are into regenerative agriculture, stay away from big pharma. Love lots, laugh a lot, create & prosper
