The fact that we're taking a stab at extending human lifetimes is incredible.

We would all live much longer if we didn't eat GMO or synthetic foods or grown with chemical fertilizers.  No meat with hormones/antibiotics/vaccines...Plant a garden, get chickens, buy from farmers/ranchers who are into regenerative agriculture, stay away from big pharma.  Love lots, laugh a lot, create & prosper
