Good question!

The Sablier protocol doesn't support this feature at the moment, but you could set up a Safe multisig for the recipient and implement social recovery there.

More generally in the future, AA will solve the problem "what happens if the user loses their private key".

Is there a way to amend recipient address (perhaps by a trusted party) incase the trust fund kid loses their private key? Or how do we address that highly probable scenario?

Interesting concept I must say. But need to be sure that about the survival of the platform 20 years in the future.
