good luck, try matcha if you need to counter the withdrawal, or just clean eco vegan energy in general. all the good parts, none of the bad 🍵 might also integrate with sablier in the future 🤪

I do this every 3 months as well; however, every time I do it, I keep falling asleep throughout the day and I get insomnias around day 10. Definitely a challenge for me lol

I don't drink anymore and I detoxed from sugar 20 years ago but caffeine is the mother of all addictions imo. Maybe I will try the weekends off first, but probably not.

This would be rough. I remember going cold turkey 10 years ago after having 32oz McD iced coffees in the morning. Didn't leave my apartment for three days and sipped a diet coke to take the edge off. I still do caffeine, but not having it for a day or two has been fine without putting me on the floor
