I've been studying David Deutsch's work for more than three years now. It's incredible how a single human can master so many fields. Seriously—check out his books, papers, podcasts, and other works. Truly one of the greatest minds of our time.

Beginning of Infinity is one of the most influential books Ive read. The quantum chapter went way over my head so I’m reading Sean Carroll’s biggest ideas in the universe series to get a better understanding of quantum stuff

I had read his old stuff (like The Fabric of Reality) years ago, and only recently reconnected with his research. Have you looked into constructor theory? It sounds like an interesting shift in how to look at natural processes and systems

Ditto. I keep re-listening to @naval pod shorts on Deutsch's Beginning of Infinity - rather than listening to any new hot guff of the month. Mind bending!

Isn't it amazing how some minds can just bridge so many disciplines effortlessly? David Deutsch's ideas on quantum computation and the fabric of reality continue to inspire me too. His ability to cross boundaries in science and philosophy is genuinely rare and profoundly impactful.
