people been asking me a lot this /farcon-nyc my opinion on @bryanjohnson and blueprint, so here's a long cast
1. what Bryan is doing is phenomenal, he's trying so many things and some of them work, a case study is a valid type of research and i follow all of his findings closely
2. philosophy of fighting aging and death has been out there for centuries, but what Bryan did is bringing it mainstream, something Huberman and Attia been doing too, and i highly respect all the people in the space
3. Don't Die is simple and powerful message that is understandable among people who are not into longevity, and i support the message wholeheartedly
4. you mostly get 80% there with diet, sleep, exercise and removing bad habits, but everything extra you do bring you closer to the goal of living forever
5. Bryan is authentic, even if he overstates some things, his vulnerability in the open is something i deeply respect
6. if i pick one thing that resonated with me greatly was his wish to live many lives with his children 21 replies
