People who are interested in living in a long-term network state node (so, permanent location, not popup), what are some properties that you would like such a node to have?

Strong autonomy and ability to fend for itself.
Don't want another Próspera vs Honduras situation.

Wannabe contributor for /walletbeat.

Censorship resistance requires privacy.

Afaik they have good private security, no?
