I've been stuck at 275 lb deadlift for about 6 months. Anyone have suggestions that to help me break that ceiling?

Watching the replies because I’ve been stuck at 205. But I might just stay there because I don’t want to “bulk up” to lift more.

To both of you, what does your current programming look like? + a form check video if you have one You can definitely make progress without gaining bodyweight

I use Tempo as my trainer. So my programming is tied to the classes they have there. No form video but Tempo tracks for and provides form feedback for whatever that’s worth.

I don’t know how tempo works, but the best way to get unstuck is by trial and error. If you’re doing something different every week/class it’s hard to know what adjustments to make.
