Reminds me of a UX talk I went to at SXSW in 2013. At the time, he was talking about how car manufacturers were creating apps to unlock cars where you have to take the phone out, open it, find the app, open the app, then press unlock. This was a significantly worse experience than keyless entry. His point being, don't just slap the latest tech meta on something if it doesn't improve the experience. Of course, now, we have keyless app entry which is the best of both worlds.

Agree. I don't know why the "agents will book your travel" meta caught on with so many agent builders. Unless you're an exec who travels all the time (and prolly already have someone booking your travel for you) this isn't all that interesting of a use case.
