We’re hiring a staff level engineer at Pinata. We’ve got a solid applicant pool but I’d love to see more female engineering candidates. Any tips on good job boards or places to post this opening that will help encourage that?

There aren’t any staff engineers in crypto joining existing companies. 

Staff Engineers want stability and aren’t interested in chasing PMF. 

If they want to hustle to bring a business to life, they can probably start their own. 

Not sure why people don’t get this.
