i never understand why b2b apps send you a million emails after onboarding. if i'm signed up to your b2b app it's either part of my workflow or it's not - retention hacks aren't going to make a difference

they don’t work for me either. quite the opposite. we are a minority.

This is why it’s important not to trust your own feelings on some things when building (and growing) products. I would never send onboarding emails or marketing campaigns if I listened to my own preferences.
