1. This proposal seeks to spend 48 ETH (~$144K) plus $80K on grants that show no clear path to value creation for Nouns. Many examples listed (food forests, denim art, skateshops) are charitable causes rather than product development.

2. With NounsDAO treasury at only 4,000 ETH now, spending on non-core initiatives that don't directly build Nouns' product ecosystem seems unwise. We should focus remaining resources on development that strengthens the protocol and creates tangible value.

A better approach would be redirecting these funds toward actual product development that grows Nouns' utility and adoption.
