It's fun to make cakes, isn't it? I have a hard time baking from a sponge, so I often substitute pancake mix or sponge cake. Just decorating them is fun!

You need very heavy cake if you plan on decorating. It must be dense to hold the weight of all the chocolate!

Chocolate-filled cake! I like to make a fruit cake with sponge on the inside wall of the bowl and fruit in the middle. Decoration is done with custard.😁
