I want real numbers, but I don’t care about the numbers. I care about the people, specifically real people who are getting labeled as spam and don’t know how to get unlabeled.

Accounts operated by real people (vs. being fully automated aka bots) can still engage in spam Not all bots are bad (i.e. engaging in platform manipulation); similarly, not all accounts that are controlled by real people are good (i.e. not engaging in platform manipulation) Agree with you re: preferring real numbers
