Accounts operated by real people (vs. being fully automated aka bots) can still engage in spam

Not all bots are bad (i.e. engaging in platform manipulation); similarly, not all accounts that are controlled by real people are good (i.e. not engaging in platform manipulation)

For sure. 

I am really more concerned by brand new users being delegated to the 'see more replies' section. That is a terrible experience for someone new to the platform.
