Founders with low emotional intelligence. I’ll invest in them, but I won’t work for them. That’s asking for misery.

Narcissistic and low EQ folks tend to make a lot of money because they don’t care who they step on to get there. Would never work for them, but boy do they return money.

I talk about EI often.

The good thing though is... EI can be improved... IQ cannot (yes I know you can practice and get a little better but your actual IQ is not better).
