Day 4: 200 I’ve found that combining sets of 100 into a workout routine with body weight squats makes it easier mentally. Each set of 100 takes about 5 minutes, so I could theoretically get 500 in about half an hour. But it’s daunting. Let’s see if tomorrow is the day.

Ohh i guess you did it haha Made 4 rep of 10 push up today before goin to work. Yeah kinda compared to yours, but I am literally a beginner, sir 😅 will try to make 6x10 after work too to complete my daily 100. Maybe i can do 200 after a week?
