Day 4: 200 I’ve found that combining sets of 100 into a workout routine with body weight squats makes it easier mentally. Each set of 100 takes about 5 minutes, so I could theoretically get 500 in about half an hour. But it’s daunting. Let’s see if tomorrow is the day.

is your current routine focused on bodyweight movements? how do you find it vs heavy back/front squats?
