Early morning workouts are the best, I highly recommend the use of Cbum’s fitness app for a diverse set of workouts everyday. It’s kept me on my toes for the last 6 months and I always feel like I’m pushing myself. Motivation or lack thereof can def stem from boring monotonous workouts.
