Good day today all things considered! Got 300/500 push-ups in for @phil's pushup challenge. I think that's the most I've gotten so far?!?! Also did that with only 4 hours of sleep and a shift at work! Didn't eat amazing today but it was the first time I've cooked a meal for myself and skipped on fast food in like a month. Which is sad... but I'm set to start quitting fast food now. Oh and one last thing I'm just about completely off diet soda. I've been drinking just about 2 liters of it every day since I was like 16... bad stuff. I'm now currently only drinking seltzer water and I've had maybe two cups of diet coke in the last 2 weeks. Big changes coming this year. Shifting hard to the weightloss focus this week though. I will let you all know if I get back under 210 by Sunday, that would be huge. That's the biggest goal right now.
