Help! What are your best tips to reduce LDL Cholesterol? Iโ€™ve been consuming more meat in the last year, due to going to the gym and seeking higher protein intake. Mostly chicken though, red meat once a week.

I joined before they had plans, to i'm kind of rolling for free, haven't looked in the plans. When I decided a few years ago they were the ones that had the most science based insights in terms of how to improved, and the app is great Havent looked to change really, you can do bloodwork elsewhere too and upload

Main ones I care about, which are easier to optimize than others (like testosterone) - Cholesterol - Glucose - Cortisol - Vitamin D, B, Folate
