control center. it’s green because something is using the camera

When you gaze up it becomes visible and you pinch it to open the control center

control center, same kinda concept as when you swipe down on your iphone where you can do wifi/airplane mode/etc, change environments, see notifications, etc. also that's where facetimes/messages can pop up.

i think this is the control center which you can bring down from everywhere
