For distances and weight, I totally agree. Imperial is dumb. But Fahrenheit > Celsius for the human experience. It was literally invented based on human body temp. The fact that there are decimals in hotel room thermostats in Europe tells you all you need to know https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fahrenheit

In F: 0 is really really cold. 100 is really really hot. Everything in between is nuance In C: 0 is cold, but not that cold, really cold is like -10. 100 is you’re very dead I personally don’t care about the temp that water turns to a solid / gas at for my daily living.
