What was the thinking behind the onceupon bot on Farcaster?

The Farcaster view on Once Upon is helpful for finding things to do onchain, but we were finding ourselves manually checking it for trends, and we thought it would be nice to automate this and change it from "pull" to "push".

Also, we realized that we could send DCs programmatically even though it wasn't officially a feature on Warpcast yet, so building it as a hack sounded fun. sorrynotsorry @v and @dwr.eth
