I just wrote a pretty long essay in the Warpcast compose tab on Desktop and accidentally clicked out of it. Lost all of my progress - first time I've experienced extreme frustration with the app 😰

@dwr.eth now that we can cast beyond character limits, more is at stake when composing. Casts should be auto-saved as drafts - especially if above 320 chars.

I just finished a PR on @anser-social.eth to change that behavior.
shadcn Dialog component exits by default when clicking outside.
Auto saving drafts is cool, but I guess ultimately you didn't expect it to close.

That's right - but bugs happen. Auto saving drafts is essential, it's the feature you rely on when another feature unexpectedly breaks.
