Make this into a channels/warps/portals button 🤔

It’s clear we need a second point of access to channels, how we get there is still tbd. This tab swap is probably the most obvious solution (see: Twitter communities tab), however other solutions could def work

I would just remove this 🔥 tab entirely. 

It seems to me like new channels are already in the search/discovery tab. And my channels are on top of the homepage. 

It leaves space for later if a new feature need to be added. (E.g. video, twitter space competitor, …)
