Do you prefer to read digital or paper books? 📱vs📕 In my case, although I prefer to read on paper, I currently only read digital books written in English. Mainly to avoid having to write translations in the book itself 😅 I’ll distribute $DEGEN 🎩 among all replies today, unless you don’t want them.

I prefer physical books, mostly because i feel i remember the better. Physical books occupy the spatial awareness and memory of the mind, and for me, occupy more of it. I can feel the depth of pages where i read a passage.

I prefer to read on an e-ink reader for a few reasons. 1st, I have no space left in my apartment for more books. 2nd, the lighting is never right for paper, even with a book light. 3rd, books can be hard to hold for me. 4th, I can increase the font. As I get older it’s harder to read small text, even with my glasses.

I prefer paper, but I end up with a distribution that probably looks more like this: - Paper: 20% - ebook: 40% - audio: 40% Ebooks and audio dominate my life because of their portability and accessibility. But paper is by far my favorite way to read.

While I love paperbacks, I enjoy the convenience provided by kindle devices or digital devices while I travel. I could literally have thousands of books without even worrying about keeping them safe. So I love paperbacks and hardbacks and they are a W for me but digital books are a boon!

Def. Paper - seeing where in the book i am just physically… find it wiredly detached to read ebooks - even though for non-fiction stuff its fine but still prefer the actual book

I'm a fetishist of the book object, so I'm team paper. Even though ebooks are convenient, I love the smell, the dust, the pages aging over time, going to flea markets in search of old editions, filling my walls with books. I'm a bit of an old soul in a digitized world.

My books look exactly the same and I can’t imagine reading one not in paper and without holding a pen to make my notes and highlights. 🤲🎩
