has anyone used farcaster accounts for sybil defense? Or is that a terrible idea?

we have it as one of the params to flag sybil among others

seems like one of the best usecases for fc’s social graph

How do you use it for sybil defense? As someone coming from x i'm very interested as x is swarmed by AI bots now.

I have encountered many groups farming and Sybil-attacking Farcaster by creating internal groups to like, comment, post, and repost each other’s accounts. They use scripts and tools to perform these actions, which is also quite common on X and Debank. 

Genuine users will have very different interactions and frequencies compared to Sybil accounts.
