I made the mistake of ordering a drip coffee at Starbucks this morning 

It has gotten *so* bad — tasted like hot dishwasher 

I don’t know how a business can get to the point where its first product and core offering in the past can degrade so much

they prob lose money on the drip. core customers drink the 100g sugar milkshakes with the whip on top

I understand why now, without the 100g sugar all you taste is the depression

😂 its sad. we took something genuinely good (EU cafe culture) and productized/industrialized it to the point of ruining it
