Two steps: 1. Add/block workout time on personal calendar 2. Set a reminder 1hr before go time 💪🏾 This should help get a consistent routine going. Recommend starting simple… Ex. Tues & Thursdays at 10am (Try to stay consistent with times/as close as you can so your overall schedule doesn’t interfere with your blocked workout time).
