"hiring in web3 is hard" Hire curious folks outside of web3 and give them resources and room. Problem solved.

Also, feel like decentralization + pseudonym makes it more harder to recruit via traditional channels and talent sourcing strategies. We are working to solve this problem at numberlabs.ai though a unique incentive model. Stay tuned. Would love to get your thoughts when ready.

@derek decentralization facilitates talent distribution across geo, social and other dimensions too, making it harder to source talent from traditional networks. Do agree curious web2 folks would be a great fit but the signal to noise ratio looking for such curious minds on LinkedIn and such is abysmal. Also expensive.

Generally agree, but incentives for talent networks are spurious at best right now. Combining with reputation may get a little closer but still very early to build a high-signal talent network independent from traditional ones. I'm also a bit biased since I worked on LNKD's Talent Solutions. 😉
