This is the final straw. It is the final frontier. Today was the day that broke me. Cardano with my tax dollars. Being an American is humiliating and embarrassing. Not a drop of pride in it left. Nuke us Canada please.

I actually think the current language implies simply holding existing (seized) assets. personally I’d be surprised to see them actually buy anything which would require congressional budgeting, doubt that would ever pass.

I just doubled checked the EO and there’s nothing in there re: buying. There would need to be Congressional action. BUT they could choose to hold anything seized as part of a reserve without any additional action. I really see this as 2 things: 1) they needed some good news for their biggest funders and 2) wanted to pump their own bags. This is a buy the rumor moment I think.
