From what I've been seeing the last few dayss, there's a lot of people who hate web3 because of these two misconceptions: 1. It is a scam, all projects here have no long term use case 2. They are bad for the environment We need to seriously do something about it

Maybe they think things like private DMs are being stored onchain. That would indeed be a reckless thing to do, but it obviously isn't remotely close to what's actually happening.
