someone should built and maintain a really high quality & high context qDAU dashboard for /nouns that really truly captures organic nouns fan growth. nouns would pay a meaningful amount to have clarity on this imo. i will say tho that just taking an off the shelf approach plugging it into /nouns wouldn’t work. needs deep nouns context so that you can look through the results and evaluate / iterate continuously fast. i’m pretty skeptical that someone that isn’t already a deep nouns fan could do a good job by just asking others for feedback without their own intuition

Yes. Defining what a qDAU means in absolute terms for Nouns is the first step and then dashboard can be compiled on them. I would assume having a loose notion of LTV connected to such a qDAU is useful from the treasury perspective since inevitably everything is connected to / dependent on that.

even something like camp publishing their DAU would be an interesting stat point and close to a first approximation of nouns fan growth

We’ve talked about this before, I do think the best approach is not to approve a spec (as I attempted) but run a huge prize (100 ETH++) and a jury of proven nouns builders, not holders, to judge the utility of it.
