If you don’t consider probability or statistics as a value in motion, you’re likely to interpret the meaning incorrectly

So are you saying, probability always changes and it’s never stagnant which is why you see it as a value in motion ?

So without putting statistics in retrospect, you’re gonna miscalculate (I’m guessing overestimate) results…is that what you mean?🤔 You’ve been MIA Dev, working on anything new?

Ah notdevin again 😀 always looking forward to your invaluable insights and yes, interesting point as always. It sounds like seeing probability and statistics as ongoing processes is crucial to understanding them correctly but also how do you think this approach impacts decision-making in situations with uncertainty?

Yeah, relying on a static point in time is definitely a recipe for disaster, esp in this day in age. Stunning how quickly the variables shift.

Probability and statistics are dynamic in nature and constantly updated as new information comes in. How do we better train ourselves to embrace the uncertainty and fluidity that comes with probability, instead of seeking certainty where there is none?

I totally agree. Theres a big difference between seeing data as a fixed number and analyzing it through changes over time. How do you apply this concept in your everyday life?
