Lately it’s been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

yeah, it used to be that I was strongest towards the beginning of the workout (before muscles get sore) most lately i've found that i'm peaking in the middle of the workout

Are you getting sore after a training day and then it’s persisting for an extended period of time? On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being = rhabdomyolysis, how sore are you? Or is soreness setting in during your workout?

just taking a while for the muscles to get ready to lift requiring 3-4 "warm-up-ish" sets before getting back to normal levels happens both on days i workout the days before as well as days with proper rest

The more I train the more I have a consistent level of soreness across major muscle groups. Hydration with a good electrolyte should help this but won’t make it go away. Int fasting can have an affect by increasing recovery time, fasted = healing phase and muscle soreness is just micro tears in muscle fiber

Those are the low hanging fruit. If it’s really a stark difference from what you’ve know or expect then I’d get bloodwork done and see if anything is off.
